Join the exciting culture change movement nationally and in Wyoming! Culture change refers to changing institutional culture from a focus on institutional care to a focus on self-directed LIVING.

WCCC Goals
- To change the way long-term care (LTC) is perceived
- To boldly go where no state has gone before
- To achieve the best quality of life and care for Wyoming residents needing LTC services
- For Wyoming LTC homes and services to be where people want to live and work
- For every person working in a Wyoming nursing home to receive culture change training
- To provide culture change training to any interested residents or families
- For every person in a Wyoming nursing home to sleep until they wake up

Join us for FREE culture change education the third or fourth Friday of each month from 2:00 – 3:00 PM. Each session includes cutting-edge education, open lines for questions, answers and sharing ideas and updates regarding the Wyoming Culture Change Coalition.
