Nursing Homes

We help nursing homes provide safe, person-centered care for their residents. We support the dedicated staff at nursing homes across all roles and departments to improve medication safety (including pain management and opioid misuse), infection prevention, coordinated care with hospitals and other health care settings in their community and more.

As part of our work with the Medicaid program, we also help members determine the level of care they may be eligible to receive from nursing homes or other skilled care facilities.
