We just heard that Montana DPHHS will be having a webinar to discuss the MT CPC+ program. Below is the information they provided.
You are invited to an informational Montana Comprehensive Primary Care Plus call next Tuesday, August 23 at 4:00-5:30 pm. This call is for any Montana primary care practices who are interested in learning more about CPC+, a unique opportunity for Montana primary care practices to receive additional resources for providing high-quality, comprehensive care.

Speakers
- Gregory Reicks, DO, FAAFP, a primary care physician in Colorado who participated in the original CPC initiative, will share his experiences and answer questions.
- A member of the national Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation team will present an overview of the CPC+ initiative.
- Participating Montana payers will also be available to share information and answer questions.
