If you haven’t started your PQRS reporting for 2016, there are a variety of tools to help you begin, including a 2016 Beginner Reporter Toolkit. The beginner-level toolkit contains two documents to help individual EPs and PQRS group practices navigate their way through the various PQRS decision points and the impact of quality reporting – Quality Reporting Roadmap and Take a Moment & Participate Flowchart.
The 2016 PQRS Implementation Guide will help individual EPs and PQRS group practices understand PQRS. It includes PQRS information related to the program itself, measures and analysis, and where to go to learn more about each PQRS reporting mechanism.
Find these tools and so much more on CMS How to Get Started with 2016 Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS).
Also see the PQRS post dated 1/1/16 for a 2016 PQRS checklist of needed tasks.
